At OBS SOLUTIONS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your OBS SOLUTIONS account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are still attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
